Earl Pacella, who has been targeting King Salmon for 25 years, will be presenting his “Kings of New York” seminar at the Plum Island Surfcasters this month. The seminar is being held during the Plum Island Surfcasters’ January club meeting (19-JAN-2016 07:30 PM) at at the Newbury Fireman’s Hall.
